The administrators and the employees of the company are forbidden to use confidential and non-public information to benefit themselves or others and may not share incorrect, false, misleading and baseless information, news or comments about the company. The administrators are forbidden to accept gifts or gain unfair advantage directly or indirectly in relation with the company. Company information regarded as trade secrets require confidentiality and may not be disclosed.
Our company cares immensely about its social responsibilities. We strictly follow regulations related to environment, consumers, public health and ethical rules.
Within the framework of these rules, our company has directed its investments to renewable energy sources. All investments of our company are environmentally friendly. For this reason, our company produces energy from natural and renewable energy sources that do not pollute the environment or damage the natural and historical texture of the region. By producing energy from natural and renewable sources, our company assumes a mission of being both environment friendly and providing the national economy with natural sources.
No lawsuits have been filed against our company for damaging the environment since its establishment. Environmental impact assessment reports for all investments of the company are available.
As a result of the value and importance that we place to the environment, our company took a forest land of 1,505 decares under its protection and provided our country, constantly losing its forests, with a precious forest by planting hundreds of thousands trees on this land and assuming their maintenance.
